Create your Dream Setting
Fairway is suitable for weddings from 70-170 guests with space for a DJ/Band and a dance floor.
We have a range of in-house decor packages available with simple whites, brass lanterns & candles, along with pinks and dewy white flowers.
This is your white canvas to create the perfect back-drop for you & your guests to enjoy.
Our base decor package is included when you book the venue and catering with us.
Happy to work with you to create the perfect wedding space you always imagined.
Catering Options
We offer a wide range of catering options – from our classic Spitroast Buffet menus, plated dinners, or family-style catering. Whatever your event or guest list looks like, we’ll help craft the perfect menu to suit.
All catering is prepared fresh onsite by our exclusive caterer Toast Catering.
Other options can be discussed but may incur additional fees.
Drinks & Cocktail Options
A nice way to have your guests arrive at the venue is to offer a Welcome Drink on arrival in our front foyer.
After which, they can grab a drink at the bar on their way in or move out to the lovely outdoor deck area with a second bar option available.
We provide a lovely range of wines, beers, soft drinks and spirits with affordable pricing.
We also have the option of a Slushy Cocktail Package – a really memorable option and certainly gets the party started! Margarita’s anyone?
You have the option to select a Bar Tab with restrictions on what is on offer or you can opt for a Cash Bar where guests can pay for drinks themselves.
We stock a standard range but are happy to get select items for you, on request.
Dancing, Music & Sound System
Dancing is the ultimate way to celebrate your special day and we believe a band or DJ really makes everyone enjoy it just that little bit more!
We can recommend a DJ/Band for you or feel free to organise through friends and family.
We have a built-in dance floor available or we can hire one to your liking with white or black options.
Our in-house system also allows for projecting images on our three screens or connecting with family from overseas.

The venue does get booked up pretty quickly over the Summer months so it is best to pencil book a date as soon as you can.
