Before submitting your enquiry, please have the following details ready so our team can provide the most accurate proposal for your celebration or corporate function:

  • Your Preferred Date: Do you have a specific date in mind, or are your dates flexible? (Note: We have a regular Church Group in every Sunday until 1pm). We also don’t work on Christmas Day (25th December) and there is a surcharge on public holidays of 15%.
  • Estimated Guest Numbers: Will your event meet our minimum requirement (typically 70–80 guests) or stay within our maximum seated capacity of 170?
  • Type of Celebration: Is this a wedding, a corporate seminar, or a private milestone? This helps us suggest the best room configuration & menu for your style of event.
  • Catering Style: Are you leaning towards our Fairway Buffet Package, an elegant Family-Style Platter service, or a social Food Carnival or Canapes and Platters?
  • AV & Equipment Needs: Will you require use of our three viewing screens, microphones, or specific “plug-and-play” audio setups?
  • Bar Preferences: Are you planning to host a full bar tab, or would you prefer a cash bar for your guests? (A $500 minimum spend applies).
  • Access & Set-up Time: Do you require early access for external decorators or specific set-up needs for your corporate branding?
