Fairway Events Centre is just 10 mins from the Auckland CBD and 2 mins from the Northcote motorway off-ramp.
We’re situated behind the North Shore Events Centre and have access to well over 300 free parking spaces for the convenience of your guests.
We can arrange reserved accessible parking spaces for specific guests as required.
Onsite Chef & Fully Licensed Bar
Our onsite chef has some wonderful menu ideas and options to offer you for your guests. These can be tailored for your requests and to accomodate your guests dietary requirements.
We are fully licensed and offer an affordable drinks menu or a BYO option. We can open a bar tab or run a cash bar.
We Can Accommodate Your Needs
We’ve hosted many different types of events over our 20 years experience including catering for different cultural requirements.
Our experienced and considerate team of professionals will work with you to accomodate all your needs and ensure that your event is the most enjoyable and relaxed for all your guests.
We have two, multifunctional, well appointed rooms, each with it’s own foyer and entrance. We have a gorgeous outdoor deck area, great for soaking up the sunshine or for photo shoots set against the lovely natural setting of the Takapuna Golf Course.
Our Fairway Room is the larger of the two and can comfortably accommodate up to 300 standing guests and 200 seated guests. The entry foyer can be used for welcome drinks, registrations and to display any material such as photo-boards or sponsor information.
Our second room is The Bunker with seating up to 40 guests. We can use this room for the buffet or as a VIP or private access room if required.

Our onsite chef and experienced team can accomodate all your catering needs. We have a range of packages including; light refreshments with cocktails, various delicious lunch options to satisfying full course dinners or Spitroast Catering. Our onsite chef ensures your meal Is freshly prepared, timely and delicious. We can accomodate any of your dietary requirements or alternatively design a bespoke menu for your event or function.
Dinner should be a wonderful experience for your guests to relax and spend time together over delicious food in a lovely environment. We can satisfy your guests with options ranging from buffet style meals to formal dinners (based on numbers) or a Spit-Roast, cooked onsite while your guests relax with a refreshing drink in hand, enjoying the view and chats.
Light Refreshments & Cocktails
We serve a selection of platters and canapés to accompany your cocktails or drinks. Our onsite Chef can cater for any dietary requirements just talk to us about what you need to make your event or function perfect for the occasion and to suit your budget.
We are fully licensed and can provide a complete and affordable bar service. Hosts can either run a bar tab or guests can purchase drinks themselves.
